Our Mission:

Proclaiming security and significance in Jesus

Titus 3:4-8

"When the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior...this is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good."

Security and Significance

Security is something which everyone longs for and tries to find relationally, financially, psychologically, and even spiritually. As people continue to fail to find this security in those areas and others, we see it as our God-given responsibility as a church to proclaim the security that Jesus freely achieves for us and gives to us.

Significance is also something which all people crave and try to generate for themselves through their achievements and accomplishments. "The more we do", we think, "the more valuable our lives will be." But because Jesus purchased us from an empty way of life with his holy, precious blood, we already have all of the significance we will ever need. Forever freed from the burden to generate our own meaning and worth, Jesus allows us to find added significance by serving our neighbor in love.
